From Parkway:
Take parkway to exit 135. Once you get off exit follow signs for Rahway. This will put you onto a street called Brant Avenue. Go all the way down Brant Avenue until you can’t go any further. Make a left onto Westfield Avenue. Once you are on Westfield Avenue you must pass a Quick Check, A&P Supermarket, ACE Hardware, and Rita’s Ice Cream. We will be on the left hand side next to Tony’s Pizza. If you cross St. George's Avenue, than you have gone too far.

From North (Elizabeth, Roselle, Linden): Go south on St. George’s Avenue going towards Rahway. You must pass Warinanko Park (in Elizabeth). You must then pass a large Walgreen’s Pharmacy on your left at the intersection of Wood Avenue in Linden. Once you pass Rahway Park, Westfield Avenue will be a few traffic lights further. When you see a cemetery on your right and a Shell Gas Station on your left, make a right onto Westfield Avenue. Once you make the right onto Westfield Avenue we will then be on your right before the first traffic light. If you pass a Rita’s Ice Cream than you have gone too far.

Visiting Your Hospitalized Pets In Clark Animal Hospital
We encourage you to visit your hospitalized pet. Please call in advance, keep the number of visitors (in each visit) to less than 3, and the time for visitation (for each visit) less than 30 minutes, and the number of visits per day to one or two only. While visiting, please do not manipulate intravenous catheters or other medical devices attached to your pet. Please do not feed your pet your foods that you have brought from home (ask the doctor handling your case if it is OK to feed a particular food that you brought).

Please designate ONE person in your family as the liason person. That person will communicate with the hospital in all matters pertaining to your pet. That person will communicate with ONE person that we will designate as the liason person representing the Clark Animal Hospital (Usually the doctor handling your pet's case). We do this to achieve a high level of communication between the Hospital and the pet owner, while minimizing communication errors on both sides.
